Rodolf B. Njankenji is the founder, owner, and President of Bonn Group America, LLC. Rodolf has shaped his dreams of a higher quality , best of customer service construction company into reality since 2004.
Never forgetting the passion and work ethic instilled in him by his father, a farmer and trader, Rodolf Njankenji has been in the construction industry since 1984. Rodolf has brought this company from nothing to what it is today through hard work, determination, and focus on customer service and quality on every project.
McBonn B. Njankenji serves as Vice President for Bonn Group America, LLC. Crediting his father as his mentor. McBonn began his career with Bonn Group America, LLC carrying bags of concrete at a young age. Through schooling he then grew with different companies obtaining a position as a field engineer, project engineer, virtual construction coordinator/ project manager before assuming his responsibilities as manager of operations and the company’s visionary.
As Vice President of Bonn Group America. McBonn is responsibly for all aspects of the business. His deft understanding of construction has helped grow and develop Bonn Group America. With Projects from D.C to Maryland, and in between, McBonn works closely with architects, vendors and clients armed with the company’s belief to build innovation.
To Bonn Group America we believe the most important factor of our success is the people. We firmly believe our team members are the best in the construction industry. We have created the same environment of togetherness and team-focus within our team and we promote the same support and encouragement of one another between all departments and levels of employments throughout our office and job sites.
