DETAILS OF KITCHEN REMODEL
The existing patio was built on top of poured concrete using stone pavers and poorly leveled. The owners hated the existing stone because it was cracking. Upon arrival on-site, we figured it was due to the uneven concrete underneath and had to fix that issue first before laying any new work. We started off by jackhammering the existing stone & concrete out of the ground. After that, we leveled the dirt before pouring new stone dust and laying our stone bricks. While doing this the customer also requested adding a retaining wall as the height of the floor would change after making it a flat surface.
